I am a stay at home parent with an in-home preschool. The preschool is open Tuesday-Friday mornings, and my kid has childcare Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, so those afternoons are free for me.

A typical day
After getting to know your animal (smells and pets, etc), I’ll check on their food and water. Then depending on their energy level, hang out and snuggle or play with their favorite toy! If the weather is nice and your pet can go outside, we will do that as much as possible.

Pet care experience
I love animals and now that I live in an apartment, I miss having a pet! There are plenty of dogs roaming around the building, and I say hi to every one of them. I would love to hang out with your cat or dog! I’m a 39 year old mom and preschool teacher, so caring for littles comes natural to me. I have plenty of experience both in pet sitting and in life! If this tells you anything, when I’m at a party, you can find me with the pets. Pick me to check on your fur babies!

Amanda has always been a nurturing caregiver to animals. She loves to interact with them and she would provide thorough updates to the owners. She is trustworthy and kind and I think she's awesome!
Whenever we would visit my family back home Amanda was more than happy to come check in on our cats. She would send me videos of them getting scratches and treats. She would let me know if they made a mess anywhere and wasn't afraid to help clean it up. She would clean out their litter box and made sure they had fresh water. My cats were very well taken care of when she would look after them.
Amanda is wonderful to work with! She is great at communicating, reliable and my animals love her! She goes above and beyond to make sure you and your pets are comfortable and treated like family. I cannot recommend her enough!!
