I’m currently working from home every day except for Tuesdays and Wednesdays , and my work day schedule has flexibility to easily incorporate pet care. Additionally, I am very active and enjoy going on walks during my work breaks, as well as outside of work.

I live in an apartment but it’s location is right across from several recreational areas like parks! Your pet will not be left unattended for periods of time and he will be treated in our home as if this is also his home, because it will temporarily be, and their comfort and safety is our top priority. We are extremely against any type of physical reprimand and will always treat your pet with love, kindness, and respect.

A typical day
Take them for walks, play fetch and other games, lots of belly and head rubs, and depending on their size, they can even sit on my lab while I get some work done!

Pet care experience
I have always had a deep love for animals, especially dogs, but sadly live away from my dog (adulting is hard) so I’ve turned to helping others care for and love their fur babies in the meantime! In college my roommates and I used to foster dogs, helped instructors with their training, gave them a loving home and lots of games of fetch and belly rubs, and volunteered at my local shelters. Additionally, I have experience dog sitting for friends and family! I hope I get to help you care for your pets too!

Amanda took care of my baby golden doodle Kally on and off for a period of 6 weeks, in addition to having Kally stay with her on some weekends we were away. Kally LOVED miss Amanda and was always so happy when we came home after long work days when Amanda came to play with Kally. She was always flexible, responsible, respectful, and so loving; meticulously followed instructions and always left our home cleaner than when she arrived! Due to some schedule shifts we no longer needed Amanda to come as often but she is still our go-to whenever we need someone trustworthy, caring, and attentive to care for our baby Kally!
Amanda was excellent! I have two dogs, one 35 lb-er and a 12 lb “ankle biter” and she was able to win both of their affection almost immediately! She kept me updated every day with pictures and that helped ease my anxiety a lot as I hardly ever separate from these pups. Both dogs got visibly upset when it was time for their week to end, so I will certainly be booking her again for future drop-ins. I highly recommend her!
