🐾Pet care from a Licensed Vet Tech
I am a Licensed Veterinary Technician with ample experience in both the home and medical settings taking care of pets! I am able to work with dogs, cats, exotic pets including pocket pets, birds, and hobby farm animals! If your animal requires any medicine and/or special requirements, I would be happy to help. I am also CPR certified through the American College of Veterinary Medicine and Critical Care at Cornell University. I am taking a break currently from working in a veterinary hospital to be a stay at home mom, which means I have the time to make your pets a priority and able to provide the attention he or she needs. Please feel free to contact me with any questions, and be sure to let me know if there is anything special I should know about your pet! If your dog or cat is staying in my home, I will ensure they are away from any other animal(s) during their stay for their own safety. I do ask that any animal coming into my home has proof of an up-to-date rabies vaccination and is currently on a flea and tick preventative - for their safety and for my family’s! If your dog requires a crate, please plan on bringing one that is the appropriate size when you drop them off. For any cats being boarded or in daycare within my home, they will be provided with their own private space (cat oasis) away from any other animals to ensure they are comfortable and safe. Any animals requiring specific medical needs and/or medications, please let me know so I can be sure your animal is best taken care of. I have experience and am qualified to work with oral, topical and injectable medications. I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to give your animal(s) all the attention they need and deserve! I'm currently not accepting any overnight house-sitting inquiries at this time, but am willing to board your dog or cat overnight at my house! If you are interested in boarding, I will require a preliminary Zoom discussion to work out the details and ensure your pet(s) will be comfortable in my home.

Amanda was amazing! I was so glad that we had a meet and greet beforehand so I could make sure my pup felt comfortable with her and her two dogs. My dog warmed up to them quickly, and I knew that he would be in good hands. Amanda was great with him and sent me updates with photos and videos. My dog felt right at home! Schedule
I am currently a stay at home mom, so I am able to care for pets on any day of the week! My schedule is flexible and I can work with you to make a routine that works best for you.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a large fenced in area, so any pets that are boarded with me will have ample space to play. Our community is safe for longer walks, as well. I also have a designated area in my house for cats if needed. I am a licensed veterinary technician, so I always put animal care as a top priority in my life.

Beyond long walks, I can also provide adequate play time with your pets! If they are more content lounging, I’d be happy to just keep them company.
