Kind reliable and trusted pet care
A lifelong animal lover, pet sitting has long been a pleasure. Whether your pet enjoys a local hike, slow beach days, playing at home with a favourite toy, or simply relaxing with good company, I have experience with dogs and cats of all shapes, sizes, and ages. My goal is to make sure both you and your pet feel comfortable while you're apart. I take the time to learn their routine, personality, and any special needs ahead of time because you know them best. I also have experience caring for senior pets and those who need medication or a little extra attention. If I'm staying in your home, I'll leave it just as you left it and happily bring in packages while you're away. I offer house sitting and drop-in visits, although I'm unable to host pets in my own home. I also have a vehicle for outings with larger dogs.

Amanda was phenomenal with Adora! This was our first time leaving Adora with a stranger and we were worried about how she would do, but Amanda immediately made us feel confident about going away for the weekend and everyone had a great time. Adora adjusted quickly, our home was left tidy, and we will definitely be hiring Amanda again for future trips!
When pets are members of your family, it can be hard entrusting someone else with their wellbeing when you have to be away, or when life gets busy. I was so lucky to have Amanda care for my Oliver; she truly understands what a gift it is to show animals love, and to provide a safe and consistent environment for them. Her gentle and reassuring character is exactly what any pet owner would want.

Schedule
I work daytime weekdays with 3 days in office in James Bay, and 2 at home near Spectrum. Available early mornings, evenings and weekends to play, cuddle, and walk.
