I will show your pet the same love and respect I show my own family members! I know they are an extension of your family too. They won’t be crated unless that is what you request. I don’t shy away from special care requests such as shots or extra bathroom trips. I don’t have grandkids yet so I need an outlet to give all this extra love too!

Amanda was incredible and jumped in on a day when our planned care fell through! She picked Davy up, brought him to daycare, sent lots of photo and video updates, and dropped him back at home happy & worn out! Looking forward to future daycare days at her house
Amanda is clearly the biggest dog lover I have ever met. She truly will treat your dog like one of her own. She was really good at understanding my dog’s personality and picked up on his quirks quickly. My dog was well taken care of, loved, and will be a repeat visitor. We are so happy to have found Amanda!!!!

Amanda provided exceptional service with patience and excellent communication. She cared for my turtle at the last minute, which is an unorthodox request . There were some communication issues as I was on the other side of the world and unfortunately could not be reached via phone call, but we were able to get everything done via text.

Schedule
I am a retired teacher and am available weekdays and weekends. I would love to care your pet while you enjoy time away. You can be sure they will be cared for and I will update you with photos and videos as often as you’d like.

Your pet is welcome to make my home their home. I will make their stay as comfortable as possible. I will comply with all special requests! If I do have to leave them alone, they will be separated from any other dog. They will never be unattended outside.

A typical day
I’ve taught my own dog a lot of tricks. I’ll be happy to teach new fun tricks. We can play ball and fetch. If your pet wants to just chill on the couch we can do that too. I have a huge fenced in backyard they are able to run in with no neighbors on either side. I also have a covered porch that stays cool until late afternoon.

- I know pets are part of the family and they all have their own personalities. Let me know if any allergies or triggers. I can turn on masking noises during rain storms, and wipe off their paws if they have allergies. I’ll be happy to provide the exact care that is requested.
