Come visit the ranch!
Small family ranch on 140 acres in the flats of Hartsel, welcomes your fur babies large and small! From dogs, to goats, to chickens, to horses, we can do it all! From ranch stays with our family, to ranch/farm visits at your home, to daily check ins at your residence. We are available and interested in working with your needs. Amanda has 30 plus years of personal and professional animal experience. Back yard pets to working on 60,000 plus acre large cattle operations focusing on animal health. This experience is accompanied by a Bachelors of Science in Animal Science earned at Colorado State University. Very flexible schedule and open for conversation :)

I can’t imagine a better place for my dog. She comes home happy and tired after playing with kids and dogs at Amanda’s Ranch.
Amanda is so kind and caring. She asked a lot of questions about how we care for our dog and sent daily pics of their walks, cuddle time, story time with the kids. My pug was happy and healthy when she came home and we will definitely use Amanda in the future!

Ranger received excellent loving care with Amanda, even though it was reallllllllly cold outside!! The open spaces environment was perfect for my wild girl! Amanda was easy to work with despite some confusion on my part regarding drop-off & pick up times among other things. I highly recommend Amanda if you’r dog prefers open spaces to urban settings.
Very happy I found Amanda to take care of Dash. It worked out well.
Amanda was so great again! This time our two big Great Pyrenees’s stayed for almost a whole week and she sent pictures of them on walks and hikes and I know they were taken care of very well! So thankful we found her and we can travel, knowing our fur babies are loved and in good hands while we are away!

I am a stay at home mom of a 3 year old son and 1 old daughter. Our animals mean the world to us and yours would as well.

A typical day
140 acres to run and explore on. So many new smells and farm animals to interact with. Dogs are welcome to play outside, hang out on the couch in the living room, or sun bathe on the deck with a view. Also, NEW… LARGE fenced in area for safe and secure playtime.
