I have been taking care of dogs, cats, chickens, and horses since I was a young kid. I grew up wanting to be a veterinarian and attended a University in California with that goal in mind. As much as I enjoyed the Animal Science courses and internships in the Radiology Department, I decided working with kids was more my thing! But I still have a deep love of animals :) I moved to Colorado and now work on an organic farm and love it! I have worked with elderly dogs who need either oral medication or shots, dogs that are blind and need special care navigating the house, to active pups who love to go on morning runs! I am a dog lover and haven't gone a year without having a pet as part of the family. Pets are family and I believe they deserve the best care while their loved ones are away.
