I work from home with a flexible schedule so I am able to take care of pets throughout the day in my home or travel to your home as needed for walks/drop-in visits. I only host one dog at a time for boarding. This way your pup will get my undivided attention. I am open to hosting two dogs from the same household.

Hello! I recently lost my best friend/dog of 14+ years. He was my entire life and while I’m not ready to adopt again, I definitely am eager to look after and care for other people’s pets like they’re my own. I’m also an experienced doggie foster mom and am always looking for ways to get more involved in the dog community. The dog rescue I work with specializes in rescuing dogs that are abandoned, abused, neglected, and older. If all people had the same heart and spirit as dogs, this world would be a much better place.

Amanda was wonderful! Mulan is pretty shy and slow to warm up to new people, but Amanda was very patient and gentle so Mulan was relaxed and having a good time. Highly recommend.
I had a wonderful experience and will definitely book with Amanda again. She treated my Coco like her own, kept me updated with plenty of photos, and even had the sweetest little nicknames for her. It was obvious my dog was well cared for, happy, and loved. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable dog sitter.
This is our second time leaving our dog, Yuna, with Amanda. Yuna settled in even faster this time around and seemed quite comfortable at Amanda's place. Amanda is very accommodating and receiving pictures and a daily update every day was very comforting to me.
