F/T PET SITTER SERVING LITTLETON

Updated: 6/24/26 Welcome pets and parents, thank you for visiting my profile! I look forward a fun summer working with new friends and continuing clients. For those who are new, I am Miss Amanda, a full-time pet sitter in Littleton, CO. I have moved to Littleton in 2016 and have been pet sitting professionally since 2017. I grew up around pets of my own since a young age, so I love all animals and welcome to care for all types of species. If you have pets other than a dog or cat such as insects, reptiles, small mammals, birds, fish, small farm animals, etc., you're in the right place! It has been my goal to provide services to parents/guardians who care for exotic, special needs, senior pets and plants. I decided to include plant care to my list of services for my fellow plant enthusiast who can't have pets but need someone to check in and water their green friends. (420 friendly too for my fellow home growers!) 😉👍 I believe in home care helps pets and plants thrive by remain in a comfortable and safe environment when families have to leave for work, school, and trips. Keeping our pet's and plants in a home environment contributes to good mental and physical health by keeping them in a place that is clean, maintaining their needs and routines that they are used to daily. You all don't have to stress about them acclimating to unknown places, other unfamiliar pets, they also have better medication management, access to own play equipment/toys, proper one on one care, and less exposure to transmittable illnesses. I also want parents/guardians to know that I am here to help if you or any one you know are in sudden need of pet care due to unexpected situations. Whether it is an emergency, injury, a booked sitter needs to leave, whatever the case maybe I am here to help. If any of this sounds ideal to you, please reach out and let's schedule a meet and greet for your next trip or if you need daily help! I look forward to meeting all new friends and appreciate those who are still with me. Let's have a fun summer! CURRENT UPDATES: Pet & Plant Parents, I just want to announced that I have decided to reopened boarding services and welcome your pets to my home. However there will be limits until we can reach our goal for a bigger and better living space to accommodate all of our friends. Our boarding services will only be available to insects, small animals and toy senior pets. Small animals include reptiles, amphibians, and rodents. I still reside in an apartment so the noise level is of course the concern, however I still wish to accommodate to those in need of boarding care for those that don't pack a big bark! 😅👍 I look forward to working with you all and appreciate your inquiries.

Amanda was great! She communicated about her timing and dealt with the construction going on in my house like it was no big deal! She also had to deal with our dog who is not a fan of the construction at all!

Amanda did an amazing taking care of our little girl. She also went above and beyond leaving our house nicer than we left it. It made returning easy and trouble free.

Amanda was great. She watched our two dogs at our house over the weekend while we were out of town. The house was nice and clean and the dogs seemed to do just fine with her. We'll definitely be booking again.

Schedule

Updated: 6/9/26 Hello friends! It is June and summer time! I hope everyone has a great time and if you can't bring the pups along or have pets at home I am ready to help if you plan a summer get away. I am still a student at Arapahoe Community College, but classes won't start until August. So until then, my schedule is completely open to daily walks, drop-ins, and daycare. My calendar will be up to date with upcoming house sittings and I have plenty of availability for fall holidays if you want to get in Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year bookings in. Just reach out and let's schedule a meet and greet!

Safety, trust & environment

The services that I provide will be discussed more in detail during meet and greets but my initiated care is based off of instructions provided by the families and/or as directed by your vet. If there are some care recommendations that I have learned from past experiences that I feel pets benefit from, then I will share them as I see fit. I do avoid all people and other pups during walks, unless your pup identifies their friends.

A typical day

Typically, Monday through Friday, I have daily dog walks typically scheduled anywhere between 10am to 3pm. If weather and location is ideal and pups enjoy car rides, I love to take the pups on walks in public parks or along the many trails. I can take pups to dog parks if they are well behaved and social. Pups scheduled to walk with me will always be on leash and away from other people and dogs. If a park or trail isn't near by then we will take a leisurely walk around your neighborhood. If your pup don't do well out on walks then we can always enjoy some playtime in the yard! House sittings consist of overnight stays with your pet(s). I spend mornings in house until noon walks (if booked during the week) then spend the rest of the time in house with pet. I may have drop ins or walks in the mornings or evenings and will step out to tend to those.
