Amanda is who you are looking for! Leaving your dog behind is surprisingly stressful!! Amanda helped make it as easy as it can be, regular updates, adapting to our dogs needs and adjusting her own life last minute when our flight home was delayed. Amazing, kind and competent.

Schedule
I currently work from home most days a month so I will be present and allow for as many bio breaks as they might need. If there are days I am required in the office, every effort will be made to ensure prompt return. When I have to run errands, I try my best to keep my time away to a few hours max.

Safety, trust & environment
This is a fur babies come first home which is my principal foundation of how they will be loved and cared for. I have a bungalow style home which is great for pets that struggle with stairs. Even the sofa and bed are situated to accommodate accessibility for seniors and littles that want to be independent and make themselves at home. Do you have a little that isn’t a fan of taking potty breaks in the rain or snow? We have a little protected area for those that are particular. We also have a fully fenced backyard in a quiet area that is surrounded by nature, not far from the rails to trails. I also have two laid back senior toy poodles that will help keep your fur baby company and feel at ease. If there are any special circumstances or concerns you have regarding their routine and care, please let me know so I can ensure we maintain consistency. Each pet is different in personality and in what they need to be happy and cared for.
Pets
A typical day
I go at the pace of the dogs. For energetic ones, we have the serene rails to trails walking trail in our neighbourhood that dogs love. For mental stimulation and nose work I rotate the number of puzzle toys that give the doggos time to sniff for treats. Or we’re lounging on the couch for some needed snuggle time.
