Safety, trust & environment
At home I have two friendly dogs and two sweet cats. They get along great with all pups but I have two large, cozy crates if needed. I also have multiple rooms if greetings need to be taken slow or anyone needs space. I’m very respectful of any direction given if I’m needed at your home. I set timers for anything important and always save important numbers. I treat all pets like one of my own. If only walks are needed I provide photos, timestamps and length. I also provide any information about bowel movements or any unusual behavior.

Information Amanda A. would like to know about your pet
If your pets have any special needs or request please let me know. I like to provide daily pictures of how your pet is doing. I log anytime I give medication. I think communication is key to being successful!
A typical day
For dogs I think mental and physical stimulation are important. I go on multiple walks a day depending on your dogs needs. One walk is for new smells and mental stimulation. The other walk is more focused on exercise and length. I always try to incorporate playtime in the day and training when on walks or at home.

Pet care experience
I have been taking care of pets for twenty years. I can administer oral medications and abide by any necessary timelines. I know basic first aid and always have supplies on hand. I have reliable transportation, can travel and exercise high energy dogs. I am experienced with puppies. I recently graduated both my puppy and adult dog from obedience class. I can continue to work on any training you're working on or start something new. I understand the need for consistency and patience. Kindness and love are key to building trust and respect in these relationships. I also have experience with senior pets.
