I currently work full time as an RN, but I am fully available during the days I have off, and I’m able to provide care during the days I am working! My calendar is usually up to date 2-3 weeks in advance.

A typical day
I like to spend time outside whenever possible whether on the, or on a usual trail or path for your pet! I usually pay fetch with my dog either outside in the yard or in a park nearby.

Pet care experience
I am an avid dog lover who loves to get outside and explore! I have helped raise and train puppies in tricks and how to walk on a leash. I have experience house-sitting for multiple and single dogs, and am competent in taking and sending pictures and I updates to owners. I am very active and enjoy taking my dogs on long walks, hiking, or playing outside. I am experienced in giving medication to dogs, and persistent when the first slice of cheese or scoop of peanut butter doesn’t do the trick. I love getting to know more dogs and am 100% the one to stop and ask to pet dogs when walking outside. I love training and teaching dogs tricks, and am willing to provide instruction for your dog while I am with them!

Amanda was awesome taking care of Cork during a last minute trip. She kept me informed of his behaviour and eating habits while I was away, and sent me plenty of pictures of him daily for peace of mind. I will definitely will be looking for Amanda during my next trip.
Amanda was terrific. She took great care of our 3 dogs, she kept us updated with pictures and texts and she kept the house clean, despite 3 muddy dogs. I will gladly try to get her the next time we need a dog/house sitter
Amanda is a responsible adult who has a genuine love for animals. Having grown up with dogs, she understands the needs they have for socialization, exercise and routine. Amanda can be counted upon to ensure that your dog will be walked, fed and cuddled when you can’t be there to do it yourself!
Amanda was wonderful with my pupper Kane! He is full of energy and Amanda was able to handle it in stride! She is so caring and loves dogs. When she comes over to walk him he gets so excited! She is a professional and caring individual. 13/10 would hire again!
