Hi! My name is Amalie & I won’t charge an arm and a leg for additional pets :) I’m the daughter of a parent who owned a pet sitting business since I was 4. Due to this, I spent my formative years around all types of animals including dogs, cats, bunnies, snakes, rats, hamsters, chickens and plenty more! Starting in high school my mom‘s clients began asking if I could care for their animals when my mom wasn’t available, especially for overnights and I absolutely loved it. Additionally, I have experience fostering animals through the rescue we got our fur babes from. This, along with having pets growing up, has provided me with a wealth of experience. I have experience with reactive dogs, training techniques, med administration and more. I continued petsitting in college to earn some extra money, and I can’t let it go because I just love pets too much. It also prevents me from adopting too many pets than I can manage, I already have 3 🫣. Sorry for all the bird parents out there, I won’t care for birds as I am afraid of them. 🙃 I work from home the majority of the time so I have plenty of flexibility to give your pets the care and attention they need!

Amalie did such a great job watching our dog Fitz while we were out of town for the week! She was always so responsive, kept Fitz active and busy, and left our house just as we left it :) We will definitely be calling her again for our next trip!
Amalie watched our three reactive dogs while we were on vacation and did the BEST job! We were so comfortable the whole time with her updates and knew our dogs were safe and in great hands. They can’t wait to spend more time with her for future visits! Thank you Amalie!!!

Amalie was so amazing with our two pups over the holidays!! We have already booked her for another stay, she went above and beyond for our pups, even celebrated our senior dogs 15th birthday with some treats/extra love with her while we were out! The house was left clean and tidy! She communicated well and didn’t mind my helicopter mom check ins all week! Thanks Amalie :)

Schedule
I work from home 90% of the time so my schedule is very flexible! I may run home once a day to give my dogs a walk while my husband is at work.
