We took our fur babies on vacation with us, but wanted to attend a Cubs game. I was a little nervous leaving my two fur babies with someone I didn’t know in a different city. Amalia was great! We talked on the phone before hand and she eased my mind. Drop off and pick up was great as well as the communication while they were in her care. Definitely recommend!
Amalia was amazing with my very anxious and energetic dogs for a two week boarding stay while I was in Europe! She sent pics every day and kept me updated on all their adventures. She cuddled my tiny chiweenie during thunderstorms and made my anxious terrier feel safe throughout her separation anxiety. I highly recommend her!!

Amalia took great care of our one year old goldendoodle when we needed a sitter for a couple of days. We got lots of pictures and updates which was truly great. We’ll be using Amalia’s services again!
Amalia is just the absolute best, and there’s no one we trust more to care for our dog. Brisket gets spoiled rotten and has such a good time at her home, and always comes home happy and relaxed (a big deal for a dog who sometimes gets very anxious). Communication is extraordinary, she sends wonderful photo updates and narratives, and was really kind and understanding when our flight got delayed and we had a later than expected pickup. The BEST!!!

I am a teacher who works part time, so I am home most of the day. I also have the summers off so I am home all day during that time.

I have a large house with big fenced yard. I have security set up for safety and keep a clean house. No smokers in the household. There is a dog park nearby and dog shampoo supplies on hand.

A typical day looks like: a morning walk, breakfast, hanging out in the backyard, then hanging out in the house or a dog park, afternoon and evening walks, dinner, then hanging out on the couch before bed!

- Please let me know if you pets have any allergies or take any medications, typical behaviors on walks. I have a crate that I can use if your dog is crate trained, but feel free to bring your own if need be.
