Hi, my name is Ama and I have 15 years of experience caring for dogs of all ages, breeds, and personalities. I recently lost my own senior pup, and I truly miss the companionship and joy that dogs bring. I’d love to open my home to your furry friend and give them the love, care, and attention they deserve while you’re away. Your dog will be treated like family, with plenty of belly rubs, playtime, and a cozy spot to relax. I have experience with senior dogs, puppies, and everything in between, including administering medication. Let me know how I can make your pup’s stay as comfortable and happy as possible. Schedule
I currently work on a hybrid schedule, so I’m in the office 1 to 2 days per week Monday through Friday. It really depends on the week and what’s needed. I’m a great communicator so we can decide which days might work best!

I live a very active lifestyle and before my dog passed away recently, I would take her on 3 to 4 walks per day. There’s a park near my home and we also used to play catch and lay out in the sun.
A typical day
I live a very active lifestyle. I enjoy going on runs and long walks. Before my dog got sick we spent hours outside on a day-to-day basis. Sometimes we would just sit at the park for a few hours or sometimes we would go on a hike on the Matthew Henson trail. There are also enclosures near my house, so I also play fetch with dogs that I pet sit.

- I don’t have any pets right now, but I would like to know if your dog is crate trained, and what some of the general rules are inside of the house. I have several dog beds, food and water bowls, towels, a couch cover, leashes, and even a small dog car seat with a harness for rides.
