For over five years, I’ve been the go-to pet sitter for friends, family, and neighbors. I’ve cared for everything from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need extra patience and medical attention. My experience includes administering medications, calming pets during storms with comfort crates, and building trust with even the shyest animals. I’ve raised multiple dog breeds—including Dachshunds and Australian Shepherds—as well as cats and even a hedgehog, giving me a broad and compassionate approach to pet care. Your pet’s happiness and safety are my top priorities.

I’m comfortable with crates, medication routines, and safety measures like keeping doors secure and watching for triggers like storms or loud noises. My goal is always to build trust—with both pets and their people.

Alyssah was very good with our dogs. We have never left our dogs and one is elderly and does not adapt easily to anything new. Alyssah made them comfortable for the week we were gone. She sent great pictures and updates. Her communication was awesome. We WILL definitely use her again.

Alyssah was great! She came by to meet Ranger and he seemed to be comfortable right away. She showed up on time, asked additional questions about Ranger's care and we were off for our weekend getaway! She sent us regular updates and lots of pictures. We could tell Ranger was taken with her as she sent a pic of him with his head on her lap! Ranger has a lot of anxiety and Alyssah seemed to be the perfect fit for him. She was able to easily give him his daily medication and she took him for his walks. When we got home Ranger was happy, and our home was in the same order as we left it. However, I do believe he was a bit sad that she left. Alyssah will definitely be our first choice on our next trip. She is clearly an animal lover and Ranger loved her back! I can’t say enough good things about Leigh as a pet caregiver. From the moment she started looking after my cats, Luna and Fig, and my bird, Kiwi, it was clear how much she truly cares for them. She goes above and beyond—whether it’s playtime with Luna, giving Fig her quiet snuggles, or chatting with Kiwi during feedings. Her consistency and warmth have given me total peace of mind. Leigh has become like family to us, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, attentive, and trustworthy pet sitter!
