I am available to come to your home or your dog is welcome to stay at mine! I live in a 900 Sq. Ft. apartment with plenty of space for a small or medium dog or a low activity older large breed. I have two orthopedic beds that are cleaned thoroughly after each stay and two dog bowls.

I love to go on walks and hike if your dog is active! Otherwise, I’m available to stay indoors, play fetch, or do whatever your fur baby needs!

Pet care experience
I love dogs and have taken care of them all my life! I recently lost my companion of 12 years in April 2026, Finley, who passed onto the rainbow bridge due to old age. Finley was a 120lb gentle giant, so I am highly experienced with large breeds and dogs of all sizes. Whether you have a Great Dane or a Pomeranian, I will care for your fur baby as if they were my own. Being a dog lover while no longer having one has been heartbreaking for me, but it also means that I now have the opportunity to hangout with your pup! :) I only ask for a week in advance notice and prefer to do a meet and greet beforehand to see if we align. Alyssa did a fantastic job taking care of Kylie for 10 days & nights while I was on vacation. She gave Kylie her meds every day, her special food, exercise & a lot of affection. She sent pictures in which Kylie looked happy & healthy. When I got home, I could tell Kylie was well taken care of. I didn’t worry about Kylie while I was gone, & I would not hesitate to ask Alyssa to stay with Kylie again or do a drop-in visit.
Alyssa was so great with Riggins — we came back from a weekend trip and he was so happy. She loved on him well and we wouldn’t hesitate to use her again!
Alyssa had my dog for over a week and she was amazing! I came home to a happy, healthy, exhausted pup and would highly recommend her if she’s available.
