I LOVE dogs; they are my passion. I’ve cared for pets in some aspect of my life for the past 20 plus years and have always cared deeply for animals. I have been working in healthcare for the past 10 years and have decided to transfer these skills to working with my true passion, animals. Although there is no substitute for “mom” or “dad” my goal is to be your pets second favorite person to hang out with!

Alyssa took my 8 year old spoiled shi tzu on a hike (mind you, my dog does not do physical activity). Also, Shi Tzu's famously have no emotion. The amount of photos that were sent to me of my dog in a backpack on a hike with her smiling....I never would've expected her to enjoy that. Thank you Alyssa for introducing something new to our pup. Thank you for taking such great care of Mila during such short notice, can't wait to have her stay with you again. Appreciate it!
We booked at the last minute, and she was very accommodating. She sent pictures of our little guy having so much fun. Highly recommend her!

Alyssa was amazing! We have an English mastiff with Addison’s disease and an extreme case of anxiety. Alyssa was so patient with her. Our girl Millie ended up being very comfortable and loved Alyssa!

Schedule
I am a dog groomer so it’s safe to say dogs are part of my every day life. This also gives me more flexibility so I can continue to make my dogs a priority.

Safety, trust & environment
I never board more than 2 dogs at a time so rest assured your dog will get attention and care as if they were my own. I have two very friendly dogs who will be around to keep fur babies company. There is also a fenced in area for dogs in my complex for safe potty breaks and we like to explore outside in this house so there will be a good mix of of walks/hikes with snuggles and nap time.
Pets
A typical day
Playing in the fenced in area at my complex and we like to frequent state parks and explore new places on the weekends. Our go to’s are cherry creek dog park, chatfield and Westminster open space!
