I have spent my whole life around dogs. From a young child to current day, I've always had a pet in my life. I have cared for outdoor dogs, indoor dogs, fish, and snakes. I've also cared for and been around most ages of dogs from 8 week puppies to elderly companions. I love spending time outdoors with them, sunshine, snow, pools, treks, mud, or wherever.

I have a backyard space for healthy walking/running. I have plenty of toys to keep your pet active and cushions for relaxing. I have a crate available if needed. I also have a dog of my own to keep your pet company. My dog is allowed on all the furniture in the house and yours is welcome to join in for cuddles.

I was very nervous leaving Myles at home while I was away. This was his first time being left alone. I met Alyssa prior to my leaving. She and Myles got along so well that it alleviated much of my anxiety. She made all the visits on time and cared for Myles superbly. I would not hesitate to use her services again.
Alyssa was just AMAZING!! I thought Ollie might want to make his new home with her!! I got frequent updates and pictures too! I went to pick him up and he was waging his tail and so happy:). I knew he had been loved on and just taken care of perfectly! Thank u Alyssa and “family” ….. we are grateful! We will definitely be reaching out in the future!!
Hired Alyssa to do some drop in visits for my younger golden retriever. She did a great job sent updates, and everything went smoothly.
Alyssa was great! Shug was hard to handle but Alyssa kept me updated. She was on time and very accommodating. My old man Ace made him a new friend!

Schedule
My two kids are in school so I'll have plenty of time for your pet. My kids are comfortable around pets so even after school, I'm still available for care. I'm also available to board any day or night of the week. I'm close to parks and Pilot Mountain trails. I have plenty of backyard space for you pet to run and even a ramp entrance for pets with mobile difficulties.

- I would like to know what games they like best. What treats to give them and when they should be allowed to have them. I would like to know if they prefer being dressed up, carried around, or anything beside being all natural. I would like to know how much exercise they expect and how much down time to give. Are they friendly or do I need to be slow with them? Any medications? Any concerning signs to watch out for in particular? Are they a mud lover or couch potato? Dogs have all kinds of personality traits and I would like to know as much about them as I can.
