I have owned and worked with small and large dogs, cats, horses, fresh and salt-water fish, reptiles, turtles, birds, guinea pigs and even penguins and crocodiles! am very comfortable with various tasks and activities and I live a very active lifestyle and am more than happy to share that with your furry friends if you desire. I have a newer, mid-sized vehicle and am smoke/vape/drug free. As a homeowner myself, I have a lot of experience in housesitting and property management for those of you looking to double up when you’re out of town. Meeting your pet where they’re at is my #1 priority. I want them to feel comfortable around me whether that’s on a walk or in their own home, and never want to push them too far while getting to know me. There is no one-size-fits-all way to care for them and that’s what makes the job so fun in my eyes.

Alyssa was a wonderful pet sitter for my dog Lily! She communicates with me daily and sent lots of pictures and updates. Lily loved her. Alyssa took her in daily walks and made sure our dog was well taken care of. I highly recommend Alyssa and will definitely book her again!

I cannot recommend Alyssa highly enough! She recently watched our shy(to humans), rescue boxer mix, Cato, while we were out of town, and she did an absolutely incredible job. From the moment Alyssa arrived, it was clear that she had a deep love and understanding of dogs. She was patient and gentle with Cato, and she went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and secure. Even though Cato is usually shy and unconfident around new people, he warmed up to Alyssa well, and it was clear that he trusted and enjoyed her company. Not only did Alyssa take great care of Cato, but she also kept our home in perfect order while we were away. She sent us daily updates and beautiful pictures, which gave us great peace of mind, and she followed all of our care instructions. We returned home to a happy and relaxed pup and a spotless house, and we couldn't have been more pleased. Alyssa is truly an incredible dog watcher, and we feel so fortunate to have found her. She is kind, responsible, and trustworthy, and we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch pet sitter. Alyssa did great sitting my 2 border collies in my home. I got daily updates and photos, and my dogs appreciated the daily exercise and hikes. She tidied my home before leaving which I gratefully appreciated. She is keen to follow instructions and I didn't feel bad about being specific with their needs and my wants. I'll definitely be using Alyssa's services again!
Alyssa went above and beyond for my girl, Addie. She understood my nuanced requests asked so that my foster dog would be as comfortable as possible and she also helped with some un-rover related things around the house. I can't recommend her enough!
