I have been working professionally with animals for 14 years. I started out at my local shelter, then worked at a pet store, dog grooming salon, doggie day care, and then became a certified dog trainer. After that I started working with exotic animals. I worked at a wildlife rehabilitation center as well as a tiger and lion rescue. Most recently I worked at the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago before moving to Tacoma to work in conservation. I have experience with reactive dogs as well as dogs with special needs and medication requirements. I am also very comfortable with birds, reptiles, and small & furry pets.

I have a fenced yard and a friendly dog as well as a dog-friendly cat in my home. I provide multiple walks a day as well as lots of play time. I will love your animals as if they were my own and send you multiple photos and updates each day so you can be reassured while away from your furry family. I offer add on services like nail trimming, baths, and teeth brushing for an additional charge. I also offer home cleaning services if you would like me to clean up pet hair before your return home from a trip.

Schedule
I work remotely from home and have a lot of free time for potty breaks, snacks, and play time throughout the day. I take my dog to the local pet store to pick out his own treat every Friday and on Mondays we stop in at a coffee shop for a dairy free pup cup. I’d love to take your pups on these adventures too if it’s right for them.
