Providing doggie staycations!
I had the joy of caring for my sweet Yorkiepoo for 15 years, watching her grow from a playful pup to a wise senior. That experience taught me a lot about the needs of dogs at every stage of life. Whether it's an energetic puppy or a more laid-back senior, I’m always patient, calm, and ready to meet each dog’s unique personality. I genuinely love dogs of all sizes and breeds, and I treat every one like they’re family. I’d love the chance to offer your dog the same thoughtful care I gave my own!

Alyssa is awesome!! Very punctual and our pup loves her!!
We’re new to Rover and was just hoping for the best.., we could not have been more pleased! Our older dog isn’t accustomed to staying with someone new like this, I must admit I was a little worried but Alyssa exceeded all expectations by a huge margin! Her consistent thoughtfulness, care and consideration for Bae put her at ease from the start, us too! We also especially appreciated all the photos, multiple ones daily, that showed us how relaxed and happy Bae was!! Thanks to Alyssa we had a fun vacation with zero worry and returned to find Bae so relaxed and mellow like she usually is at home. Thank you thank you thank you Alyssa!!!
This was our first time using rover, and it couldn’t have gone better!! We were on vacation, and found out if we left our dog in the hotel room he would bark at every noise. We had a concert to go to, so I messaged Alyssa the night before and she saved the day by being able to watch him at her place! We were nervous leaving our baby with a “stranger,” but Rufus loved her and we left so comfortable leaving him with her! She also sent pictures and updates throughout the evening. When we come back to Charleston we’ll for sure keep her mind!!
Alyssa was great - the check ins and pictures really alleviated my worry and stress as this is the first time we've left the dogs home. I could tell my pups liked her and were happy to have her visit! Highly recommend!
Alyssa could not have been more wonderful. She was great with Shay, came through in an emergency like a champ. We are so grateful for her, and will request her if we return to Charleston.
Alyssa was wonderful and communicative throughout her stay! I would strongly recommend her to anyone seeking pet care.

I work from home, so my schedule is very flexible. I’m available throughout the day, in the evenings, and on weekends, which makes it easy for me to provide consistent care, walks, and attention. Whether it's a quick drop-in, a long walk, or overnight care, I can adapt to your pet’s needs and routine.

I currently don’t have any pets of my own, so your dog will get my full attention! Since I work from home, I’m almost always around and never leave dogs alone for long periods. I’m happy to stick to any routines your dog is used to and can crate them if needed. I also let dogs roam freely around my apartment so they can feel comfortable and play. My goal is to make them feel safe, loved, and completely at home!

A typical day with your dog would be filled with fun and relaxation! We’d start the day with a walk around the neighborhood or a nearby park, where your dog can enjoy all the sights, sounds, and smells. If they’re up for it, we might even stop for a pup cup (with your permission, of course)! Afterward, we’d have some cozy downtime—whether that’s cuddling on the couch, playing their favorite game, or just hanging out and getting to know each other better. I’m committed to making sure your dog feels comfortable and happy, and I’ll always keep you updated with photos or messages throughout the day. I’m happy to follow any routines or special instructions, whether it’s about feeding, exercise, or anything else. My goal is to make sure they feel safe, loved, and at home while you’re away.
