I have a fenced in yard that’s pretty big. It’s big enough for your little one to run around but also I can see the whole yard so I’ll have total view. My little friends are really playful and they’d love a friend.
Information Alyssa R. would like to know about your pet
I need to know if your furry friend has any allergies. Would little treats be allowed? Are they nervous around new people? How well does your furry friend handle being around other furry friends? Would I need to keep them away from other dogs on our walk? Is there anything special you would like to ask me to do on the walk? I do need these questions answered before the walk so I can keep your little fuzzy friend safe and enjoy the walk.
A typical day
I love doing fun activities like “Sniffari” I recently learned about. It’s where I would let your dog lead the pace a bit as they can take their time sniffing the things around them. Of course I’ll make sure your furry friend keeps on route. They would guide me around so they can explore the different smells around us. It’s mentally stimulating on your fuzzy friends so they tire themselves out. I tested this myself on my pitsky mix who is one year old and this actually worked! She has VERY high energy so I hope maybe it’ll help your fuzzy friends as well. Another exercise I learned about is “calm moments”. Your furry friends would stop for 1 minute to help them calm a bit, then give them extra praise as a treat. This helps high energy or anxious furry friends learn regulation. Once again, I tested this on my pit/sky and it has seriously helped her. I do research pretty often to do small activities that will make a difference for them.

Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Alyssa (Lyssa). I’ve been taking care of animals since I was very young and have always felt comfortable around them. Over time, with my own dogs and animals I have had in the past, I know what to look for and respond accordingly if it’s walking past another dog, thirsty, overheated. Your animals have emotions that can be intense so I can provide a calm and loving environment at any moment no matter what. My goal is to give your furry friends a fun experience and hopefully gain their trust.
Reviews

Sweet girl. My dog came back real happy and didn’t wanna leave her. Will be rebooking.
Alyssa is a loving and responsible pet caregiver who consistently takes great care of our dogs. She watches them regularly and always makes sure they are comfortable, warm, and well cared for. She is attentive, gentle, and genuinely affectionate with them, and we always feel at ease knowing they’re in her care.
Alyssa is very kind and sweet! She was great with my Bailey! She was very respectful about his trainings! Alyssa did an amazing job! Thank you Alyssa!
Alyssa has been walking my dog Coco for over a year and she’s honestly the best! I always know exactly how the walk went because she keeps me in the loop the whole time. It’s so nice not having to worry — I just know Coco is in good hands. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone looking for a dog walker!
