Dogs in my care join a daily rhythm designed for nervous system health and balance. This rhythm blends structured enrichment, gentle leadership, and restorative downtime. Instead of constant arousal, I create a flow that allows dogs to learn, decompress, and feel safe.

I accept only a small number of dogs so I can give each one the time, presence, and structure they deserve. This approach keeps stress low, supports emotional wellbeing, and creates an environment where dogs can reset both body and spirit.

A typical day
A typical day is not about burning energy nonstop — it’s about balance. Dogs in my care enjoy: • Calm beginnings and intentional movement sessions (walks, treadmill/slatmill, enrichment games). • Short training sessions that build skills and confidence. • Low-arousal social time or enrichment activities. • Rest and decompression woven throughout the day. Every dog leaves not just cared for, but more grounded and at ease.
