Lots of love and quality care!
All my life I have lived in a house with dogs and cats. Starting as a child I was taught how to properly care for and love these amazing animals. I have cared for dogs of all sizes, ages and personalities, from massive Great Danes to small Yorkshire Terriers. I currently am in a home with a Great Dane (3) and Husky (4), as well as one cat (17). I have not only cared for the animals I live with but also been tasked with taking care of the pets of neighbors and family friends. I greatly value communication with both customers and their pets. I hold myself to a very high standard when tasked with a job, and do my best to connect at a deep level with anyone I work with be it person or animal. I love spending time with dogs and cats, whether that be walking, feeding, playing or cuddling with them!

Alyssa is fantastic!! She has watched our babies a couple of times now. Last time she did a drop in visit and came into our smoke detector beeping because of low battery along with some on edge pups. She texted us and then changed the batteries so the puppies would be comfortable waiting on us to return. That to me was true dedication and professionalism putting our babies first. Thank you Alyssa!!!
Alyssa was so great with our dogs. She played with them, gave endless belly rubs, and made sure they were well-taken care of while we were out of town. She gave me such a peace of mind while I was away from our fur babies. Will definitely books again with her!
Alyssa was so wonderful with my extremely shy cats! She stayed until they were comfortable to come out and played with them every night. One of my cats won’t even come out to see family that have been visiting for years so that says a lot about how much she cared for them. Highly recommend!

Schedule
I work full-time, Monday through Friday, 7 am-3 pm, as an Executive Assistant on Garrisonville Road. I can provide pet care before and after work, and on weekends!

Whenever I goto clients homes to take care of their dogs or cats I like to respect the fact that this is someone else's space and leave it the same as I found it. I respect the wishes of my clients and do everything I can to ensure the well-being of their pets, keeping all parties involved happy. For me, communication, happiness, and safety are the most important parts of taking care of these beautiful animals!
Pets
A typical day
I love to provide the proper enrichment and activity for your pet, no matter the circumstance. I'll take energetic dogs on long walks or to play at a park. For animals that need mental stimulation, I'll set up puzzles and play with them. If communicated, I can help with reinforcing previous training.
