My earliest job experience was my neighborhood pet sitting and dog walking business I started as a kid when I was trying to convince my parents to let me have a dog! I love animals of all kinds and have had several dogs and cats of my own since then. I’ve taken care of dogs of all sizes from chill, low-maintenance ones to senior, high-maintenance pups. I care for all pets as if they were my own. My most recent fur baby was a German Shepherd; I understand the structure, consistency, and exercise that intelligent, high-energy dogs need. While I don’t currently have pets of my own, I focus completely on the routines and comfort of the pets I’m caring for.

Safety, trust & environment
Because I prioritize providing attentive, high-quality care, I typically focus on short-to-medium overnight stays. That said, I’m open to longer stays when it’s a great fit and expectations are clear. I'm happy to discuss this during a meet-and-greet!

Alyssa was great! She showed up on time, did what was asked and left our house spotless. She was exceptional and we appreciated her taking care of our fur babies.

This was our first time using Rover and so happy! Alyssa is the best!! We’ve never felt more comfortable leaving our puppies to travel to another state. The photos and messages Alyssa left us were adorable and made me to happy to see how well my puppies were taken care of. I think my pups might have withdrawals from her😂
Alyssa did a fantastic job watching our 2 pups. We were thankful she was able to stay overnight with them, and appreciated her communication while we were on our trip. I would highly recommend her as a sitter. Thank you Alyssa!
Alyssa did a fantastic job staying in our home with our two golden retrievers for 7 nights. The dogs were well cared for, she was highly communicative, and she even cleaned up the house before we returned home. She was polite, friendly, and easy to communicate with. She is (well) over qualified for the job, I’m so grateful she makes herself available to help families like mine.
