I was previously in a Veterinary Assisting program for four years and was taught how to cut nails, clean ears, etc. Near the end of training I took the Vet Assisting exam and passed but decided to work with animals purely for enjoyment. I also volunteered with Adopt A Stray for almost 2 years and ended up adopting two cats, Davey and Azul. I have loads of cat experience as well, including caring for newborn kittens. I am also comfortable around reptiles and have an albino hognose named Pistachio. I’m very flexible and can be open for most days of the week and weekend. I have my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and minor in Art History from the University of Florida.

Alyssa was amazing! She kept me updated, took care of the dogs, the house, brought in my mail when asked, and was just super pleasant to deal with. This was my first time using Rover and she made it simple. I will be using her as long as she is available.
