I chose this sitter due to her very affordable pricing and her close proximity to my house. Looking back now the price is very accurately depicting of the service. I think she means well and treats the dogs with care, however I was not very pleased. At first glance, the house was not well cared for. There were bird droppings all over the front entrance, the home also reeked of cat litter and urine. As someone who has cats, there had to have been either much more than one cat living there, or they do not clean the cat area enough. When i was providing information about my dogs and their food, i felt as though i was ignored and over looked. After we left, i had to reach out and request updates several days before she provided updates on her own. I also asked for confirmation and was provided pictures from earlier in the day or another day as the light was different timing. I was also unaware that she left for a job and had someone else who I didn’t meet watching the dogs. That person was also there when I came to pick them up. They also misplaced my leash so I had to leave with only one leash for my two dogs. I think she means well but this was just not up to my standards for pet care and I hope she can improve for other future clients.

I was disappointed with my experience. Communication was very lacking. I rarely received updates or photos of my dog unless I specifically asked for them, which made me uncomfortable while away. I expected more proactive communication from a sitter. Additionally, the condition of the home was concerning. There was a very strong odor of cat urine and litter inside, and there was bird droppings covering the front steps leading into the house. Overall, the environment did not feel as clean or welcoming as expected for pet care services. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made for future clients.

Alyssa was great! Zoie loved her and also seemed as if she really enjoyed her time. Alyssa was very communicative and sent photos and videos. If I could give her 10 stars I would! I highly recommend her for anyone who is need of her services.

She’s an excellent pet owner. Everytime I’ve been over to her house she take amazing care of her pets and I can tell they’re very loved and cared for
