I have experience caring for dogs, cats, and farm animals, and I currently volunteer at a local cat shelter where I help care for cats of all ages and personalities. I understand that every pet is different, and I take the time to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, administering basic care, or simply giving them companionship, I’ll treat your pets with the same care and attention I’d give my own.

Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I carefully follow all feeding schedules, medication instructions, and household routines exactly as requested. I take the time to build trust with each animal and let them adjust at their own pace. Whether caring for pets in your home or mine, I provide a clean, calm, and low-stress environment while treating every pet with the same love and attention I give my own. I also keep owners updated with photos and messages throughout each visit.

Today marked the first full week of Alyssa doing drop ins for my border collie. She’s been awesome, I’ve gotten a great sense of care and attention given to my pup. Also great with updates and photos. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good care giver for their pet.
Alyssa has been watching my animals for several years. She is a very outgoing and caring person. I travel for work and always call her when I need someone to take care of my pets. I'm never disappointed with how well she does with them. I think they like her more than me! If you need anyone to take care of your cat or dog, do not hesitate to contact Alyssa. She always keeps you updated on what is going on at home which is a big plus.
We travel quite a bit and the stress of finding a competent person to watch our cat was always there until we found Alyssa. She has been taking care of our furry child for the last couple of years sometimes for 2-3 weeks at a time. I wouldn't trust anyone but her. She is professional and very knowledgeable about animals. Alyssa always keeps in contact and sends pictures which makes us feel so comfortable while we are away. She's the BEST!!
I’ve known Alyssa for years, and I can’t think of anyone who is more dedicated to the well-being of animals. She has an incredible ability to earn the trust of even shy or fearful pets and genuinely treats every animal as if it were her own. Her experience goes far beyond being a pet owner. She’s cared for senior cats with complex medical needs, administered medications and injections, fostered bottle-fed kittens, volunteered at a cat sanctuary, cared for farm animals, and has a lifetime of experience with dogs as well. Her knowledge, patience, and compassion are truly exceptional. If I needed someone to care for my pets, Alyssa would be at the top of my list. I would trust her completely and know they would be loved, safe, and in excellent hands.

I understand how important routines are, so I’ll follow your pet’s schedule closely and provide updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.
