Hello! I’ve volunteered at animal shelters and cared for my roommates and friends cats since moving to Philly (3yrs ago). I’ve pet sat older and younger cats! I currently work in animal behavior and enjoy training our kitties to sit and follow around the house, help establish their feeding routines, and ensure they get plenty of playtime!

Currently in our home we have two kittens, so feedings are scheduled twice a day. I’ve taught them to sit, follow, and show me their paws. All their training is clicker and treat based. Other cats that I take care of are usually just feeds, hanging out while they finish, some play time and clearing their litter before I leave.

Alyssa was incredibly kind and responsive for what was a pretty last minute request. I really appreciated her care for my furry friend!
We haven’t been on a week-long trip in a while, but we knew that Alyssa would take excellent care of our kitty while we were gone. Alyssa is kind, gentle, and observant, and she meets our kitty where she is.

Schedule
I work full-time and go to school, so pet care would be ideal in the evenings or just on the weekends. It really depends on the week.
