I’m someone who truly loves animals and takes responsibility seriously. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I’ll always do my best to earn that trust. I grew up with a total of five dogs and developed a strong understanding of dogs behavior from an early age. I also completed a two-week training course with my childhood German Shepherd, which helped strengthen both my skills and our bond. I continue to regularly care for my sister’s dog and have built lasting, trusting connections with the many dogs in my life. In my adult years, I’ve become an avid cat lover as well. I’ve cared for several outdoor cats, providing consistent feeding, shelter, and coordinating vet care when needed. Most importantly, I rescued my current cat from the outdoors, and he now lives with me indoors, happy, healthy, and thriving. I would care for every cat in the world if I could!

Safety, trust & environment
When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always follow their established routines to help pets feel comfortable and secure. For dog walks, I provide safe, attentive walks tailored to each dog’s energy level, age, and needs. I make sure dogs get plenty of exercise, bathroom breaks, and positive interaction. During in-home visits, I can handle feeding, fresh water, litter box or yard clean-up, medication administration if needed, and lots of affection and play. I keep a close eye on behavior and well-being and provide updates and photos so owners feel confident their pets are in good hands.

Alyssa was absolutely amazing! She took such wonderful care of my two kitties, sending regular updates and adorable photos throughout the 2 weeks we were away. They got plenty of love and attention. Leaving your pets behind can be stressful, but Alyssa made both my husband and me feel completely at ease. Thanks to her, we were able to truly relax and enjoy our vacation. We came home to two happy cats and a very clean house. I would highly recommend Alyssa and would love to work with her again!
Alyssa cared for our two dogs for the day and did such a great job! It meant so much to receive photos and updates — it really gave us peace of mind while we were away. You can tell she genuinely cares, and our pups were happy and well taken care of. We’re so thankful and would happily trust her with them again!
Alyssa took great care of my dog Bucky! She was right on time, communicated well, and provided pictures. She walked him, fed him, and gave him lots of love and attention!
Alyssa always does an amazing job with my fur family! My puppy who can be a little anxious, was clearly happy and well cared for, and our cats were calm and comfortable when I got home. She kept me updated with photos and messages, which I really appreciated, and it made being away so much easier. It’s obvious she truly cares about the pets she watches. I came home to happy animals and zero stress. I’d definitely book her again and highly recommend her!
Alyssa truly cares for animals! She takes care of my cat Louie and understands his needs. I trust her to give him her full attention each visit and she takes time to cuddle with him and makes an effort to get in some playtime too!
Alyssa has been watching our animals for several years and we trust her completely. She currently cares for our reactive German Shepherd, which is not an easy job and she handles him with calm confidence and skill. She has also cared for our small dog and cats in the past, always going above and beyond. Alyssa takes excellent care of our home, communicates well and genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone and will absolutely continue using her in the future.
