My name is Alyssa and I am a pet sitter from Chester County with over 10 years of experience. I do not have any pet restrictions and am comfortable handling/caring for all types of pets, including: dogs, cats, reptiles, aquatic animals, farm animals, etc. No breed preferences! I have experience with both young and senior pets, as well as those with special needs. I have spent time volunteering at shelters, some of which was as a photographer assisting in photoshoots to help shelter dogs get adopted. I love photographing animals; expect a lot of photo updates from me! I have experience with animal first aid, can administer medication (pills, injections) and take great care to make sure pets are happy, healthy and comfortable. If you hire me to housesit, you can also expect me to take great care of your home, collect your mail, water house plants or gardens, take out the trash and anything else you might need to be done while you are away; don't be afraid to ask!

Pets that are under my care always receive lots of love and attention! I know it can be a stressful time for pets to be away from their families (especially those with separation anxiety), so I do my absolute best to keep them happy and occupied.

Alyssa was so wonderful with our two needy cats! They both take medications and have different personalities and she handled all of it like a pro. She took wonderful care of our home over her 7 day stay and was an extremely clear and efficient communicator. She has great cat behavior knowledge and when we came home both cats seemed very relaxed and at ease. We would absolutely recommend Alyssa!
I know our girls are in good hands with Alyssa. Communication is great. Alyssa sends pictures and always responds quickly if I have questions. She will also reach out to us if she has any questions, which I appreciate. Our one pup needs medication and Alyssa is comfortable administering her meds. I highly recommend Alyssa.

Alyssa was fantastic from start to finish. First time using the service and unsure what to expect. Alyssa was extremely responsive to all communication and set up a visit ahead of time so we could meet which was appreciated. Very flexible with our schedule, arrived for our trip exactly as planned. Was so happy to get pictures along the way that assured our girls were happy and warmed up to her quickly. Made our trip out of town so much more relaxing knowing they were well taken care of. Will 100% rebook with Alyssa on our next trip.

I make it a point to adopt your pet’s daily routine (not the other way around) in order to help maintain normalcy for them while their family is away. ★ I am able to work remotely and am available for constant care! If you are interested in hiring me to housesit and your pet(s) require extra care during the day, please inquire about constant care rates. ★
