I have cared for animals from a young age, both my own at home and while volunteering at shelters and the zoo. I have experience with dogs, cats, and exotic pets (ferrets, reptiles, and other small pets), including ones that need extra care due to age or medical conditions. I know how stressful it can be trusting someone with your pet’s care, so please don’t hesitate to let me know anything, big or small, that will make you or your pet more comfortable.

I am not currently able to board in my home, but I can provide potty breaks and company on a schedule that works for you and your pet.

This was my first time leaving my 2 dogs and 2 cats with a sitter so I was quite nervous. I’m so glad I trusted Alyssa to be their caretaker. She stayed with them overnight and visited during the day when needed. It was exactly what they needed and allowed me to enjoy my vacation. I would love to hire Alyssa again in the future for any pet sitting needs.
Alyssa is wonderful and very attentive! She kept my needy boy medicated and coaxed my shy girl out for some much needed attention. I'll most certainly hire her again!
Alyssa is flexible and took great care of my dog Hermes. Being a nurse means long shifts and changing schedules. Alyssa was always accommodating and understanding!
