Ratings and reviews
I booked walker for two separate time slots for two days in a row. The first day everything was fine and went smooth no issues. Second day she didn’t show up and there was ZERO communication or attempt to reach out and fix the situation. I understand things happen that are out of anyone’s control, but a quick message to the owner so an attempt at figuring something else out for their pet for the day who is at the very least looking forward to a quick potty break would be appreciated.
