I have 2 cats, a dog, multiple cages exotic pets and plants I’m already taking care of animals and love temporary family members. I’m already on a schedule so your animal will just join our schedule while they’re here. I do potty breaks every 2 hrs

Your animal will never be alone I stay at home all day, my neighborhood is quiet and my neighbors are mostly elderly. I’m a good sitter for animals with anxiety as I am willing to cuddle in the couch all day. I also am good for high energy dogs I drink expresso every morning and can run.

A typical day
My area has little to no traffic and small sides of woods around that your dog can go potty in. I also like to jog at night so if you dog wants to join I would adore that.

Pet care experience
10 years of experience in just dog sitting but I’ve dedicated most of my life to animals. I love all animals and can care for any breed of dog or cat, I even have experience in exotics and caged animals. My number one priority is to provide a peaceful place for your pet to relax while they’re missing you on your trip!

Alyssa was entrusted to to care for my animals while I was away with my family. She did fine the first day. The second day I checked in around 11:30am, she text me to tell me she wasn't well and that she had sent her friend round to feed the animals! What?! She had given my house keys which I had entrusted her with to a complete stranger to me, someone who was not vetted or approve by me or by rover to be in my home. Needless to say I wasn't happy. I felt violated. She looked after the animals the following two days but in retrospect I should have reported her but I would have had another stranger in my home to replace her. She put me in a bad position and gave my keys to someone else so they were in my property doing goodness knows what. Shame - she seemed kind when it came to the animals just not trustworthy...
Alyssa is friendly, accommodating, communicative, and flexible. She clearly has a great affinity for animals and had very genuine affection and care for our dog. If we need a dog walker again, we will definitely contact her first.
When my dog got sick she refused to take her to the doctor. I would not have her watch anyone's furry family.
Alyssa was the best! This was a long stay - 2 weeks - and we were apprehensive about leaving our pugs for that amount of time. But they were just fine. Not only did she take great care of them, but Alyssa communicated with us regularly with texts and photos. We felt lucky to have found her.
