Home away from home for your pup
A life-long dog lover, I have extensive experience walking, sitting, and caring for pups of all ages and breeds. I grew up with a rescue plot hound/blue heeler mix, Taffy, who introduced me to the challenge of looking after a highly mischievous and energetic (yet lovable!) dog. I’ve also spent time house/dog sitting for a 10-year-old husky that required close care, and a 1-year-old pit mix. I love keeping dogs active through daily walks and play time, while staying responsive to their health needs.

Alyssa was amazing!! She was very responsive, talked through all the details with me beforehand on a call, worked around my schedule, and was prompt and reliable. She made Teddy feel right at home, let me hang with him until he was settled, and sent me pictures while I was away. She took him on long walks and gave him cuddles, and her service was both professional and tailored that made me feel comfortable trusting her with my fur pup. I’d definitely book with her again!
Alyssa accepted our weekend request on short notice and was wonderful. Maisie had a great time and we received plenty of pictures along the way. Will definitely recommend and would love to return!

Schedule
My weekdays are flexible as I have the ability to work from home. Weekends are typically fine with advance notice to ensure I am not traveling.

I live in a walkable neighborhood and dog-friendly apartment building that is home to many furry friends. My apartment is locked at all times, and is dog-proofed
A typical day
I enjoy running, hiking, going for walks, and generally being outdoors. I’m also open to socializing dogs at the dog park and encourage owners to leave them with their favorite toys for their stay.
