My schedule is flexible, and I do my best to accommodate each client’s needs. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting throughout the week, including during the day, and weekends. I do currently work part-time in the evenings. I’m reliable with communication, punctuality, and keeping consistent routines for pets while their owners are away.

I care for pets by keeping their routines as consistent and stress-free as possible. I follow all feeding schedules, exercise routines, medication instructions, and any special care requests closely to make sure each pet feels safe and comfortable. During visits and stays, I provide plenty of attention, playtime, walks, potty breaks, and supervision while also paying close attention to behavior and body language. Cleanliness and safety are very important to me, so I always maintain a clean environment, secure doors and gates, and make sure pets are never left in unsafe situations. I also keep owners updated with regular communication and photos so they can feel confident their pets are being well cared for while they’re away.

I also appreciate knowing your pet’s favorite activities, comfort items, and anything that helps them feel safe and relaxed while you’re away. My goal is always to create a positive, stress-free experience for both pets and owners through reliable care, patience, and communication.

A typical day depends on each pet’s personality and routine, but I always make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and care throughout the day. For dogs, this usually includes walks, playtime, potty breaks, feeding, cuddle time, and lots of positive interaction. I enjoy keeping pets active and mentally engaged with games, outdoor walks, enrichment activities, and one-on-one attention. For more energetic dogs, I’m happy to spend extra time playing and exercising, while senior or calmer pets can enjoy a more relaxed and comforting environment.

I have hands-on experience caring for dogs through both Rover, my work as a professional pet groomer and my current work as a Kennel Technician. I’m comfortable handling dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments, including energetic puppies, senior dogs, and anxious pets that may need extra patience and care. My experience includes feeding routines, daily walks, playtime, basic behavior monitoring, crate training reinforcement, maintaining clean environments, and following detailed care instructions from owners. Working in grooming has also strengthened my understanding of animal behavior, safety, stress reduction, and proper handling techniques. I always focus on creating a safe, calm, and positive experience for every pet while keeping owners updated with communication and photos

Alyssa was amazing with my puppy! She was so kind, attentive, and kept me updated with the best pictures, which made me feel so much better while I was away. She handled everything such as feeding, water, taking him outside, cleaning up messes, and playing with him and followed all of my instructions perfectly. I could tell my pup was in great hands. I would 100% book her again!
