Specifically told this sitter to make sure our dog ate her food only as she gets diarrhea if she eats anything else. Our dog was returned with almost the same amount of food as we dropped her off with and bad diarrhea. The sitter's house is also very dirty and chaotic with 5 very young children. She seems way over her head.

We were super excited to have our pup stay here after seeing the stellar reviews, but it was short lived. We barely got proper updates and pictures of him. We’ve usually never had to up front ask anyone how things were going, we’d always get updates, photos, and videos from them. I felt I had to pull it out of these guys. I got a lot of short answers in the beginning (he’s doing, yup had food). We had started feeling uneasy at this point as it was our first time leaving him here with a new family. I understand that the family has a lot going on with multiple kids and pets, but they’re being paid to watch our pup and expect them to actually take care of him like we would at home and be present. When we did get photos of him playing, it was a few days after when they noticed that he was injured in his nose. We had assumed it was because he was in the crate for a long time during the day. This is when we started getting longer responses. When we brought him home, we noticed he also had an injury at the top of his head.
