I’m an Honours Zoology graduate from the University of Guelph with a lifelong passion for animal care. I currently have two cats and three dogs, and I’ve grown up caring for both throughout my life. While I love all animals, I have a special soft spot for cats and understand that every cat has a unique personality—whether they’re playful, shy, independent, or love attention. My volunteer experience in a veterinary clinic also taught me to recognize signs of stress and provide calm, patient care. Whether I’m caring for your cat or dog, I’ll treat them like one of my own and keep you updated with photos and messages while you’re away.

I’ll always follow your care instructions closely, respect your home, and do my best to maintain the routine your pet is familiar with. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, senior, or needs a little extra patience, my priority is making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved.

It was great to have Alyssa cat sit for us. She was thorough, conscientious about all details, and took time to get to know our pets and included play time in the visits. Schedule
My schedule is currently very flexible, allowing me to accommodate bookings throughout the week, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and even last-minute requests when available. This flexibility means I can spend quality time with your pet and work around the routine that’s best for them.
