I’ve been caring for animals my entire life—over 33 years of experience as a dedicated pet parent to dogs, cats, and even crabs and lizards. My deep love for animals led me to work as a veterinary assistant, where I gained hands-on experience with everything from basic care to administering medication and recognizing signs of illness. Alyssa was fantastic! This was only our second time leaving our puppy and the first time boarding him, he's got a lot of energy and still very much a puppy so we wanted to make sure we found the right fit for him. Alyssa sent us many pictures and updates and made Gilbert feel right at home, he absolutely loved her dogs too. If we need a sitter in the future we will absolutely be checking Alyssa's availability first. ❤️
Alyssa did a wonderful job watching my dog, Charlie! 🐾 Communication was super easy, and I really appreciated how she kept me updated with photos throughout his stay. Charlie seemed very comfortable, and her own dogs were so sweet too. Overall, I was very happy with the care she provided and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, kind, and attentive dog sitter.
As always Alyssa was great. She is super prompt and always reaches with any questions or concerns. My dogs are escape artists and she is super careful and attentive with them. I dont worry anymore about my dogs when I can't be home with them, I know they are in good hands!
Alyssa took really great care of our two dogs in our house. We were out of town for the weekend. She is a great communicator, showed up exactly when she said she would and always left us feedback on the visit and photos. She is super fast responding to messages. Our dogs really love her and she took great care of them. My beagle has two medications he takes twice and day and I felt very confident leaving him in her care. She went above and beyond with our fur babies and we will definitely be booking her for the future. She is attentive and responsible. This is the first time we have used Rover and we feel lucky to have found Alyssa!
Alyssa was so accommodating! We needed our dog taken care of while away from home to see a concert. We miscalculated our drop off time and then had a significant delay exiting the concert venue. She was flexible, communicative, and nice about the situation. She asked questions about our dog’s needs and took good care of him! Very grateful to her - it was an awesome concert!!

Schedule
I work full-time but have a very pet-friendly schedule! I work remotely from home on Thursdays and Fridays, so I’m fully available and present from Thursday through Sunday with no interruptions—your pet will have plenty of attention and company during those days. From Monday to Wednesday, I work a regular 8–5 schedule outside the home, but I always come home mid-day for a full hour-long lunch break to let pets out, go for a walk, or give them some love and attention. I make sure their needs are met and they’re never left alone for too long.

Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. In my home, we have a cozy and pet-friendly environment with a small fenced-in yard perfect for safe outdoor play. I share my home with two friendly dogs, a sweet cat, an animal-loving teenager, and my equally pet-obsessed boyfriend—so your furry friend will never be short on attention or companionship. Whether your pet prefers quiet spaces or social time, I can easily adjust the environment. Rooms can be closed off for privacy or opened up for free roaming, depending on your pet’s personality and needs. I strive to make every pet feel at home, cared for, and secure—whether they’re here for a short stay or a longer visit.

We do all sorts of things depending on if I'm doing drop ins or boarding! We have fun swimming, walking, going for rides, or simply just relaxing.
