Alyssa was great with communication from beginning to end for watching our dog roxie . She used the app features sending photos and notifications throughout the visits . We greatly appreciate her taking such good care of our dog while we could enjoy a family vacation in Disney . Thanks Again !

This was our first experience in USA - leaving our dogs . Actually, all my worries were gone, when we met Alyssa! She was very attentive, accurate and caring. I am sure, that my dogs « felt in love » right away with her)) We highly recommend Alyssa and will be glad to have her « dog sitting » for our next trip))

I’m sure Alyssa knew this bad review was coming, and here it is. Our initial meet and greet was great. Everything seemed fine. On day 2 of our travels I notice our ring camera showed her leaving at 9 AM. At this point it was 9:30 PM and she hadn’t returned. I immediately start calling and panicking because my dog had not been let out or fed for over 12.5 hours. She was apologetic and said “time escaped her”. If time escapes you doing a paid job, then don’t sign up for it. It’s absolutely unacceptable and cruel to animals. I would never book her again and highly recommend you don’t as well. We left instructions and even discussed with her the schedule so she was aware. I understand people have jobs and don’t expect people to be there from 9-5, but 9AM-9:30 PM is not okay at all.

While other Rovers in the past may have communicated better and spent more time at our home with our girls, we're grateful Alyssa took the last minute booking to house sit for us.

Alyssa once again gave us peace of mind while we are on vacation with our cats. She’s so easy to work with!

Alyssa is wonderful! She took great care of our GSD Frida while we were out of town. She was quick in responses, sent photos and videos and played with Frida. Thank you!
