Hi! I am a Senior at Lake Forest College studying Psychology on a pre-nursing track. I grew up in Boise, Idaho surrounded by animals, both my own and others’. I have a passion for the outdoors, including skiing, hiking, camping, and more! I am also an athlete and love any excuse to get some exercise. ln addition to being outdoors, I love reading, knitting, watching shows, and studying. So, I can watch your furry friend(s) in any way they’d like! I’m hoping to make some money to pay my bills and go to nursing school next year :) Growing up I had a high-energy dog, many hamsters, a leopard gecko, and a cat. I also spent my entire high school career volunteering at my local humane society, working with both dogs and cats. My work consisted of walking dogs, petting cats, creating enrichments, and cleaning kennels. This has given me experience with dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes. Currently, I dog and cat sit regularly for a few families. My friends and family would describe me as kind, passionate, caring, level-headed, reliable, and loving. When around animals, everyone always comments about how the animals gravitate towards me, which I take great pride in. I am thrilled to meet you and your pets. Message me to arrange a meeting.

I know how important mental and physical stimulation is for your furry friends’ well-being, so I will work to make them happy, safe, and comfortable. When in your home, I will treat it with respect and make sure it remains clean.

Alyssa exceeded my hopes of what I was getting booking a sitter online. She stayed at our home with our pet and was a very respectful guest. She touched base multiple times and kept me assured that my pet was doing great. Just a super sweet person.
Alyssa has been great to work with and the dogs adore her. She is reliable and trustworthy which is great since we have her staying at our house when we are away. Would highly recommend her to hang out with your fur babies!!
Alyssa has cared for my animals numerous times. She has done everything from helping us with daily walks up to staying at our home for a week when we leave town. She is extremely responsible and leaves the house cleaner than she got it. She is always our first call whenever we need our animals loved.
