I have over 16 years of pet care experience working with dogs, cats, reptiles, fish, and small mammals. I grew up with dogs and currently have 3 large dogs and 2 cats. I work part time as a Dog Swim Instructor in Richmond, VA. I volunteer for Houlagans Rest, a last resort dog rescue in Powhatan. I have worked with many dog breeds. To me, there is no such thing as a bad dog. I am available for pet visits throughout the week and weekend in the morning, afternoon, and night. I am also available to board dogs in my home throughout the week and weekend. I will walk or run your dog. I have also participated in a Pet First Aid & CPR class.

Alyssa was great and updated me with photos throughout Huck’s stay. It seems he had fun playing with her cats and dogs!
Alyssa and Kyle took wonderful care of my poodle while I was gone for a long weekend. They kept me updated with texts and pictures. Daisy had a bit of a tummy upset while she was there and they provided excellent communication and care. Will definitely use them again.
My dog had such an amazing time! Alyssa made him feel right at home; I am looking forward to the opportunity to have my pup stay with her again.
Alyssa and her husband were great with our 2 Westies. They were super flexible when we had a slight change in our travel plans. Received regular updates with pics of our Westies. Definitely will have them stay with Alyssa again for future trips.
Alyssa did an awesome job caring for my pup! He is a nervous guy and requires lots of patience, but Alyssa welcomed him into her home with ease. My dog adjusted quickly and had a great stay. Looking forward to booking with Alyssa in the future!

Schedule
I work full time but love animals. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats and will treat your pet as my own. I am available for boarding 7 days a week.

I have a fully fenced in yard, with a 6 foot semi private fence on three sides to keep your pet safe and having a good time.

I will walk your pet around the neighborhood as well as run if you would like. I also always make sure they get ample exercise in my backyard playing.
