Your pets regular routine; feeding time, bed time, usual walk times. I’d like to mimic their regular routine as closely as possible to maintain a comfortable flow for them! Any behaviour quirks Any favourite treats/ games/ scratch spots Any special needs- nothing is “too much” for our fur family! What kinds of updates would make you feel most comfortable?
A typical day
We are early risers so first thing we go for a gentle walk or hike to start the day off right! The pets can then lounge with some treat puzzles or nap. We’ll go on 2-3 walks a day and make sure there’s plenty of scratches and enrichment when hanging around inside. Treats and cuddles for all!

Hey fur friends, I am an animal lover through and through! As an experienced dog trainer & rehabilitation specialist your pets well being is my #1 priority! Growing up I was lucky to always be surrounded by a zoo of animals and started dog walking/ pet sitting at a young age. My schedule is flexible since I work from home with a flex schedule and the rail trail is around the corner from our home with a great dog friendly low traffic swim area just 10 minutes down the trail. Local dogs here are friendly! I rescued my dog from Guatemala. I spent a lot of time rehabilitating/ training him so you would never guess he used to be a street dog! I have many years of experience offering dog training, rehabilitation, boarding and grooming. I foster/rehabilitate animals in need when they find their way to me and spent years volunteering at the SPCA. *Note that when I have a rehab animal I will be marked away from the site. Due to my experience with rehabilitation I am comfortable accepting: • Special needs animals • Rescue animals • Nervous/shy animals (my dog is respectful of space) • Animals who are on meds • Untrained puppies/ kittens • Quirky pets * Let’s chat about your pets unique needs! I offer quality care and often go above and beyond for my clients in order to build trust, safety and community in the fur family club! Im looking forward to hearing from you and your pets! Alyssa is amazing! She's absolutely wonderful boarding my two dogs for almost 2 weeks. You can tell she truly loves dogs. She has a calm and patient approach and did amazing with my 2 rescues and their quirks. We will definitely be back!

Alyssa has been a great dog sitter for my 3-month old puppy, Chloe. She's a responsible dog owner, and I always feel comfortable leaving my pup with her. Her dog, Ceiba, is relaxed and great with other dogs. He's a great example for my pup. Alyssa has always been communicative, sent me photos, and has been flexible with pick up and drop off times. I always know that my puppy is in loving hands when I leave her with Alyssa.
