Fenced in yard, and a friendly dog, along with an enclosed chicken coop quick access to a multiple parks for play or walks. Can follow any accommodations if interested.

Working part time so I have a lot of time and attention to give. Prefer check-ins earlier in the morning but am flexible on that.
