I can't wait to love your pet!
I have had dogs and cats all of my life and couldn't imagine living without them. Both my cats at this time were adopted with eye conditions so I have had to familiarized myself with ointments and eye drops. I also consider myself quite good at training dogs whether it be basic tricks like sitting or waiting, or some more fun ones such as 'playing dead'.

Alyssa was amazing with our dog from the moment they met. It’s clear our dog loves her! Alyssa has taken our dog on walks, visited with him indoors, and even gave him an emergency bath when he had an accident in his crate. Your pets will be well-loved and wonderfully cared for by Alyssa.
Alyssa truly loves dogs and is so patient. Mine were shy at first but she got them to warm up and be excited for walk time with her. She even taught them a new trick! Alyssa is punctual and diligent and I can’t thank her enough

Schedule
I am in between jobs at the moment so my schedule is very open during the weeks! I am keeping weekends free for myself or overnight visits.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a rather quiet neighborhood with many other dogs to befriend and fire hydrants for sniffing while we are on our walks (and occasional runs)! For when I take on longer playdates or overnights, we may also enjoy a trip to one of the few dog parks not too far from my house. I do live with several others who aren't home very often but would help me to shower your baby with love when they are. I do have a large, grassy backyard however it is not fenced in.
Pets
A typical day
Depending on you and your dog's preferences, we can be couch potatoes and snuggle in bed and/or, if they like a little more action, go to one of the dog parks near me to meet new friends or go on a hike. We will also be going on car rides with occasional stops for ice cream or a 'pupp-uccino' if allowed. Toys and treats will be included in exchange for kisses (from the dog!!)

- I would love to know a bit of your pets likes and dislikes before they are left in my care, especially what I can do to make them happy. Your rules as a pet parent will apply while they are in my care, so if there is anything you don't want your dog/cat participating in or eating (if at all) that would be great to know. Senior pets and animals with special needs or medications will also get the best scratches available but will need a more thorough conversation regarding care of your baby. I have no preference on breeds, dogs or cats, or even if you have several of each! However, I may refrain from taking on bookings for walks with larger dogs (~80lbs+), or multiple larger dogs, because they would probably be the ones who end up walking me.
