I pet sit during the summer and winter holidays in between semesters at Boston University. My schedule is very flexible. I am generally available both weekdays and weekends. I offer walks, drop-in visits, and home sitting services.

I do not provide boarding, but I do offer house sitting in my clients’ homes. I work with each client to provide for their individual dog’s needs and routines. I make sure dogs are always either fenced in or on a leash. I am extremely respectful of my clients’ homes and I try to leave every space the same (or cleaner!) as when I found it.

I will do my best to accommodate any special needs your dog may have. My preference is for dogs under 70 pounds. I can sit for multiple dogs at once, but I prefer to only walk one dog at a time.
A typical day
I love playing fetch and tug of war with my dogs, and teaching them fun tricks. I usually take them for walks around their own neighborhood.

Pet care experience
I’ve had a dog since I was 4 years old. I currently have four, and I helped train all four since they were puppies. I have experience with both big and small dogs, as well as potty training, leash training, and bathing pets.

Alyssa was great and I would absolutely book her again. She was very thorough in understanding every detail of my dog and cats routines and care instructions. I appreciated the updates/pictures throughout her stay! My cat is very shy and seemed to love her.
Alyssa did a great job with my Lucy. She went above and beyond my expectations. She was a good communicator and I would hire her again.
Alyssa did a fantastic job with our dog/housesitting. The house looked great, the plants were alive, and the dogs looked happy in every photo she sent. Would definitely recommend Alyssa!
