Its clear from the photos Alyssa B send me that she and Jake have developed a great relationship! And I would rate Alyssa as the best communicator I've had on Rover. She routinely sends me a detailed message with photos every morning and evening of her time with Jake. This gives me great confidence Jake is being well taken care of and also allows us to communicate about related issues, such as a big rain storm Laramie had during my last trip, which Alyssa was able to assure me was not as much of a problem as I'd been led to believe by someone else. Highest marks for Alyssa B!
Alyssa was great and took awesome care of my dog. She frequently checked in with updates and made me feel comfortable leaving my dog and house in her care. She was responsible, responsive, and prompt. I will definitely reach back out to Alyssa if I need care again in the future!
Alyssa recently took care of my dog Jake and my house for the first time over a four day absence. I was very pleased with the level of communications during my absence, which included pictures. Jake looked very happy and well cared-for in the photos. Alyssa and her husband Alex were kind and responsible, all went well during the visit, and I returned to a house and dog that were in great shape! I will definitely try to book Alyssa again in the future.
