I've had dogs in my life since I was 4 years old! I was raised in a chihuahua family, and am now a pitbull mom to an 8 year old pup. I've lived with and taken care of many dogs in between. I took care of my family dogs up until their end of life, and simultaneously raised a rescue pitbull/boxer puppy from 8 weeks old. Raising and training a rescue has taught me exponentially about how to care for dogs, especially large breeds. I feel confident about my ability to handle high-energy, sensitive and vocal dogs. I have experience in crate training, commanding with treats, administering medication, walking multiple dogs at the same time, walking dogs in busy urban areas, playing off leash at the park and playing off leash at the beach. I have cared for many friends dogs, ranging from puppies to senior dogs. I could not imagine a life without pups!
