I am a middle school science teacher, so during the school year I am unavailable mornings and early afternoons. However, my schedule is fairly flexible during the summer, weekends, and vacations.

* Due to my teaching hours, starting 8/25, I am not available for any morning or early afternoon jobs, unless it is a school vacation day. Along with a great love of animals, I have a unique and extensive background with them. My undergraduate degree is in Zoology and my emphasis in coursework was animal behavior. I have spent years volunteering at zoos and humane societies. I also worked for two years as an intensive care unit nurse at an emergency animal hospital. It is through these experiences I have provided loving care for a large range of exotic and domestic pets. Throughout my lifetime I have owned fish, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits and dogs. I have always treated each pet, regardless of type, as a member of the family. You can be assured I will give your pet all the love, scratches, and play they need when you are not there!
